How to use our synergy Pure EO blend	⭐ Pure essential oil blends are potent and must be used safely ⭐ Here are the three main ways to enjoy them: 🌿Aromatic Diffusion (Inhale) ✔ Diffuser: Add 3–10 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser filled with water to scent a room and create a mood (e.g., calm or focus) ✔ Quick Inhale: Put 1–2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball for immediate relief or energy 🌿 Topical Application (On Skin) ✔ Critical: ALWAYS DILUTE! Never apply pure essential oil directly to the skin ✔ How: 3% Mix 4–6 drops of the blend into 10 ml of a carrier oil (e.g sweet almond or jojoba oil) ✔ Apply to: Pulse points (wrists, temples) or the bottoms of the feet 🌿 Bath and Shower ✔ Bath: Mix 5–10 drops of the blend with a carrier oil or unscented soap before adding it to the bathwater ✔ Shower: Drip a few drops onto the shower floor (away from the direct spray) to create an aromatic steam ❗ NEVER take essential oils internally ❗ Must be diluted before applying to the skin
