🌿Aromatic Diffusion (Inhale)
✔ Diffuser: Add 3–10 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser filled with water to scent a room and create a mood (e.g., calm or focus)
✔ Quick Inhale: Put 1–2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball for immediate relief or energy

🌿 Topical Application (On Skin)
✔ Critical: ALWAYS DILUTE! Never apply pure essential oil directly to the skin
✔ How: 3% Mix 4–6 drops of the blend into 10 ml of a carrier oil (e.g sweet almond or jojoba oil)
